These Service Terms & Conditions govern all engineering, maintenance, installation, commissioning, consultancy, and site‑based services provided by Dynamic Waste Solutions Ltd. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide engineering and technical services including:
You agree to ensure safe access, provide accurate information, comply with site safety rules, and notify us of hazards or changes. Unsafe conditions may result in refusal of work or additional charges.
We deliver services with reasonable skill and care. Service dates may vary due to parts availability, site conditions, or safety concerns. Work may be halted if equipment is unsafe.
All prices exclude VAT. Payment terms are 30 days from invoice. Late payments may incur interest. Additional charges may apply for emergency call‑outs, specialist parts, or extended labour.
Parts supplied are subject to manufacturer lead times and warranties. We are not liable for delays caused by third‑party suppliers.
The client must ensure utilities are available and the site is ready. Delays caused by incomplete readiness may incur additional labour charges.
Emergency response is subject to engineer availability. Specialist parts or workshop repairs may incur additional costs.
We are not liable for pre‑existing faults, delays caused by unsafe conditions, unavailable parts, or indirect losses such as downtime.
We maintain appropriate public liability, employer’s liability, and engineering‑related insurance.
Either party may terminate the agreement if Terms are breached, payment is not made, or unsafe conditions exist.
We process client information in accordance with UK GDPR.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
