These Product Terms & Conditions govern the sale of component parts, wear items, consumables, and replacement parts supplied by Dynamic Waste Solutions Ltd. By purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms.
We supply parts and consumables for waste‑processing machinery, including:
All product descriptions are provided in good faith. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure compatibility with their machinery. We can offer guidance, but final responsibility lies with the purchaser.
Incorrectly ordered parts cannot be refunded once installed or used.
All prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are 30 days from invoice for approved accounts. Non‑account customers must pay in full prior to dispatch.
Delivery times vary depending on stock levels and manufacturer availability. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, suppliers, or customs processes.
Special‑order items may have extended lead times.
Returns are accepted only if:

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims must follow the manufacturer’s process and may require inspection or testing.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Special‑order items cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
