About this machine

Some materials, such as sawdust, chopped straw, rice husks and peanut shells, can't be tied into a bale. One answer is a bagging baler; the other is to press them into a hard briquette that holds together with no packaging or strapping. That is what this machine does.

The regular shape and consistent hardness make briquettes easy to transport and stack, and sawdust briquettes can even be burnt as fuel. Stored-program PLC control and a hydraulic lifting door run it automatically from feeding to ejection. It is more compact than you might expect, and widely used by animal feed and bedding producers, fertiliser factories and farms.

Features

  • PLC control
  • Hydraulic lifting door that lifts to release the briquettes
  • Closed-end door for firm briquettes
  • Automatic bale ejection
  • Push-button electric controls
  • Optional automatic feeding conveyor with level sensors on the hopper

Typical materials

Sawdust, chopped straw and hay, rice husks, cotton seed, peanut shells and similar loose materials.
