Use of this website

By using this website you agree to these terms. We may update this website and these terms from time to time without notice.

Orders for parts and products

Online prices and ordering are available to our trade clients, who sign in through the Client Portal. Other customers can request a price by phone. Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added at checkout. Client discounts do not apply to labour charges.

When you place an order through our shop, you are making an offer to buy the item(s) at the listed price. We will confirm acceptance of your order and process payment securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Your right to cancel (distance selling)

If you are a consumer ordering goods online, you have a legal right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us at equipsupport@dynamicwastesolutions.co.uk. Goods should be returned in their original condition; we may deduct an amount from your refund if the value has been reduced by unnecessary handling. This right does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised.

Faulty or misdescribed goods

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires goods to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

Machinery and parts warranty

New machinery supplied by us comes with a 12-month warranty.

Machinery refurbished by us, and parts supplied by us, are covered by a 3-month warranty as standard. Extended 12-month warranties are available at additional cost; their cover and price will be confirmed in writing before you buy. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

Booked phone calls

When you book a phone call through this website, we will email you a confirmation and call you at the time you chose. Booking a call does not commit you to any work or charges. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible at equipsupport@dynamicwastesolutions.co.uk or 01495 619589.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
