About this machine

A briquetting baler for small metal scrap such as oil filters, aluminium and steel cans, and iron chips. High press force and a compact compression chamber crush the scrap into tight, square blocks that hold their shape with no strapping or bagging. It is also known as an oil filter baler or metal can baler.

It is fully automatic under PLC control: when the chamber is full, the compression cylinder crushes the load, the ejection cylinder pushes the block out, and a hydraulic sliding door opens at the output. A feed conveyor can be interlocked with the baler for automatic feeding.

With a compression ratio of more than 10:1, it saves transport and storage space for metal product manufacturers, metal waste collectors and can recyclers. Custom versions can be built to your output and block size.
