About this machine

A vertical baler with a long ram stroke for hollow items such as plastic bottles and drinks cans, compressing them into tight bales for storage and transport. The long stroke gives volume reductions of up to 25:1.

It bales and drains in one step: a liquid drainage channel collects what is squeezed out of bottles and cans, keeping the area cleaner and safer. Standard models range from 30 to 70 tonnes press force, and the chamber size can be tailored to your needs.

Features

  • Long stroke for full compaction of hollow items
  • Chain bale ejector
  • Liquid drainage channel to collect residual liquid
  • Adjustable bale height
  • Push-button electric controls
  • Fixed retainer claws to stop material springing back
  • Optional sliding door that lifts automatically with the platen
  • Optional hydraulic chamber door

Typical materials

PET bottles, disposable plastic tableware, HDPE/PP containers and drinks cans.
